i would just like to thank the mitchell group for allowing me to come and work with you for a week of my work experience. Especially Chris who some how managed to find the best jobs for me to do (haha). Im only joking i had a great time and if i had a chance i would come back again.

I have now purchased 5 cars from the Mitchell group,1 lexus and 4 skoda. The car purchase experience for both brands is the same EXCELLENT!David Alexander was the salesman for the 4 Skoda, and his customer service is superb.well looked after and kept informed every step of the way.My current octavia was registered in West Kirby, although ordered at cheshire oaks, and when i collected it it had over 30 miles on the clock!I did expect it to only have delivery miles...not driven from West Kirby? Superb Car and so well valeted on collection.Nice touch a big red bow around car when collected and a bottle of wine as it was my birthday.Thanks David.

purchasing my second Mazda I have owned in the past 5 Mazda's,2 from Mitchell Mazda
the rest from another main dealership,
But Mitchell's attention to detail is unsurpased compared to others;

Today I brought my Mazda 2 semi/automatic in for service and I would like to thank you for the use of your hospitality suite whilst waiting for my car....which was continually monitored for cleanliness dirty cups removed and replaced by clean ones.
But what really impressed me was the unexpected (much needed)valet on the interior of my car. Thank you
Then I receive a message on my mobile enquiring if everything was to my satisfaction I can assure you it certainly was AND far better than my previous Mazda dealer could have given me

After looking at cars for 12 months, we went into Lexus - Chester, and met Steve Smith who showed us the cars, new and used that I could afford. Mercedes in warrington had only wanted me to buy a new car and would not sort out a test drive, BMW were just rude to my wife and told her the "cheaper used cars where outside" so we left. Lexus however, offord us tea and coffee, asked what i wanted in a car and what i wanted to pay as it was going to possibly by me company car. Steve asked for my drivers licence and i signed the form for what i thought was a 20/30 minute test drive, but told me to bring it back in TWO days, WOW.
Low and behold!! I did buy a GS300, got it 5 days later. After 2 weeks my wife was really impressed with the service and car that we had got, at which point my wife went and bought a used IS300 LIMITED EDITION.
I can only praise Lexus Chester in everything they have done for us. Including the Loan of a LS460 (£65,000) car for our friends wedding in October for the bride and groom, who were really impressed.
